Buying
The GlycoBarrier guarantee, honestly
Most pages in this position print a confident “60-day money-back guarantee” because it converts. We cannot, because no window length was supplied to this desk. What we were given is the procedure, and this page prints all of it.
No guarantee period was published to us. The seller pack says returns run “as printed on the marketplace listing”, with no day count attached. The procedure was supplied and is below. A money-back satisfaction seal appears on the artwork; a seal is not a term. Read the listing’s return policy on the checkout screen before you pay.
The honest answer
We asked ourselves whether to write “60 days” here, on the reasoning that most marketplace listings offer at least thirty and no buyer would be worse off. We decided against it for a simple reason: a buyer who reads a number on this page and finds a different one at checkout has been misled by us, and the fact that we guessed generously would be no comfort at all.
So this page has no window length on it. What it has instead is every term we actually hold, a description of what the seal does and does not mean, and a list of what we would need in order to print a window with confidence.
The one action this page is asking you to take
Before you enter a card number, find the return policy on the checkout screen and read it. How many days. Measured from purchase or from delivery. Whether opened bottles qualify. Those three answers exist on the listing, and they are worth ninety seconds.
What we were actually given
More than on some products in this series, and still not the number that matters. Here is the whole of it, unedited.
| Term | What we hold |
|---|---|
| Window length | Not published. “As printed on the marketplace listing” |
| Measured from | Not published. Purchase or delivery, unstated |
| Opened bottles | Not published. The single most important term for a supplement |
| What to include in the return | Full name, email address and order ID |
| Who pays return postage | The buyer. Use tracking |
| Returns address | 5 Times Square, Floor 18, New York, NY 10036, USA |
| How to start a claim | Call +1 (302) 200-3480 with the order ID |
| Refund timing | 3-5 business days after they credit the return, then 5-10 days to reach the card |
Note the shape of that table: the mechanics are complete and the entitlement is missing. You could execute a return perfectly and still not know whether you were inside the window when you started it.
What the seal means

A seal is a promise, not a policy
The money-back satisfaction seal on this product's artwork is the seller's own mark. Nobody audits it, nobody certifies it, and it carries no number. It tells you the seller intends to stand behind the product. It does not tell you for how long, from when, or on what conditions.
That is true of every money-back seal on every supplement bottle, not just this one. The distinction matters here because this product's paperwork gives you the return address and the refund timing and then stops short of the window.
The seals page does the same exercise for the other three marks on this bottle, and for the three badges on the front panel.
How to protect yourself
Screenshot the return policy at checkout
Before paying. Terms on a marketplace listing can change; a screenshot with a date cannot.
Keep the order confirmation email
It carries the order ID, which is the first thing the order desk will ask for and one of the three things a return must include.
Start smaller than you want to
A one or three-bottle pack limits what an unclear return window can cost you. This is the practical reason behind the pack advice on the pricing page.
Keep the bottle and the packaging
Some return policies require original packaging. Keeping it costs nothing until the day it matters.
Call, do not email, about an order
+1 (302) 200-3480 is the desk that can see orders. The site email cannot, and a return window is not a thing to spend days on.
Post it with tracking
The pack is explicit that the buyer pays return shipping and should use tracking. Tracking is your evidence that it arrived.
The refund policy page covers what happens after a return is agreed, in the detail we were given.
What a guarantee can and cannot cover
Money-back windows get read as broader than they are. Here is the boundary, drawn plainly, so the seal on this bottle is not asked to carry weight it was never meant to.
| A guarantee covers | A guarantee does not cover |
|---|---|
| Your money, if you return the product on the stated terms | Any health outcome. No supplement is permitted to guarantee one |
| A product that arrived damaged, leaking or wrong | A product that did not suit you medically — that is a conversation with a clinician |
| Change of mind, where the policy allows it | The cost of your time, or anything you bought alongside it |
| Usually the purchase price | Not the outbound shipping, and here explicitly not the return postage |
That top-right cell is the important one. A money-back guarantee is a commercial term about a transaction. It says nothing whatsoever about whether the product works, and a seller offering a longer window is making a bet about return rates, not a claim about efficacy.
Why generous windows exist at all
A sixty or ninety-day money-back window on a supplement looks like confidence. Mostly it is arithmetic, and understanding the arithmetic makes you a better reader of the offer.
Return rates are low
Most people who are disappointed by a supplement do not return it. They stop taking it, put the bottle in a cupboard and move on. A long window costs far less than it appears to.
The window outlasts the attention
A sixty-day window on a thirty-day bottle sounds generous. In practice, by day fifty the purchase has stopped being a live decision for most buyers. The window is longest at exactly the point it is least likely to be used.
It converts
A guarantee badge measurably increases purchases. It is a marketing asset with a modest cost attached, which is a perfectly legitimate thing for it to be as long as everyone understands that is what it is.
It shifts the objection
The buyer's real hesitation — “I cannot tell if this works” — is unanswerable. A guarantee replaces it with a different and easier question: “what do I lose if I am wrong?”
None of that makes a guarantee worthless. It makes it a commercial term to read carefully rather than a signal of quality to be reassured by. And a seal with no window attached, as here, is not even that.
What we would print if we had it
For comparison, here is the shape of a guarantee section this site would be happy to publish. Four of the seven lines we already have; three are missing, and they are the ones that decide whether the other four ever apply to you.
- A stated number of days, with the start point named. Missing.
- An explicit statement about opened bottles. Missing.
- Whether the window applies per order or per customer. Missing.
- The exact steps to claim, with a phone number and an address. We have this.
- What the return parcel must contain. We have this: full name, email, order ID.
- Who pays return postage, stated rather than implied. We have this: the buyer, with tracking.
- How long the refund takes once the return is received. We have this: 3-5 days, then 5-10 on the card.
Three lines. No supplement company finds them difficult. If the seller supplies them, this page will carry them, dated and attributed, and the buying terms row of our scorecard will move accordingly.
How to keep your own window open
Whatever the listing's terms turn out to be, four habits mean you are never the person who discovers the window closed yesterday.
- Screenshot the terms at checkout, with the date visible. Ninety seconds, once.
- Put the last day in your calendar the day the parcel arrives, counting from whichever start point the terms name.
- Decide before that date, not on it. A decision made on the final day is a decision made under pressure.
- Keep the packaging until you have decided. Some policies require it and none is harmed by it.
Read the terms, then order
A 60 ml dropper bottle, 30 servings, one 121 mg blend of six botanicals and no individual amounts. The live price and the return terms are both shown on the seller’s checkout screen.
