Orders placed through this site’s checkout ship from the United States, and tracking arrives in the order email. No delivery window, no carrier and no shipping price list was supplied to this desk, so none is printed here. The checkout screen and your order confirmation are the sources for all three.
What we were told
It ships from the United States
Domestic dispatch for US addresses unless the checkout says otherwise for yours. That is one of the two shipping facts the pack states plainly.
Tracking comes by email
The other. Order confirmations from the seller's checkout carry the tracking reference. If it has not arrived, check spam before calling.
Bottles arrive sealed
The label's own line is: “DO NOT USE IF SAFETY SEAL IS DAMAGED OR MISSING.” On a dropper bottle that means the shrink band or foil under the cap. Check it before the first dose, not after.
What we were not told
This is the longer list, and we would rather print it than fill it with plausible-sounding defaults.
- Delivery times. No business-day range was supplied for any service level.
- The carrier. Not named anywhere in the pack.
- Shipping costs. No price list. The checkout's final step is the only source.
- Free shipping thresholds. Not stated. If one exists it will appear at checkout.
- International delivery. Not addressed. Assume US only unless the checkout offers otherwise.
- Cut-off times for same-day dispatch. Not supplied.

When the parcel arrives
Check the seal and the glass
Before anything else. A glass dropper bottle can crack in transit without leaking immediately. If the seal is damaged or missing, the label says do not use it — photograph it and call the order desk.
Read the lot and best-before, and write them down
Both are on the bottle. This product's pack gives lot GLY-26/GL-7587 and a best-before of 12/2028. If yours differs, that is normal — lots change — but note yours down.
Check the dropper has graduations
This matters more than people expect. The label's serving is 1 ml twice daily, and an unmarked pipette makes that instruction unfollowable. If yours has no markings, call the order desk before using it.

Store it properly from day one
“Store in a cool, dry place.” Amber glass keeps light out; a windowsill defeats the point of it.
If something goes wrong
The parcel has not arrived
Call +1 (302) 200-3480 with the order ID from your confirmation email. This site has no view of the order system and cannot chase a parcel for you.
The tracking has not updated
Give it a working day, then call the order desk. Tracking gaps at a sorting hub are common and usually resolve themselves.
The bottle arrived broken or leaking
Photograph it before unpacking anything further, including the outer packaging, and call the order desk the same day.
The seal is broken
Do not take it. The label says so directly. Call the order desk.
The dropper has no measurement marks
Call the order desk. Without graduations the label's own serving instruction cannot be followed.
It is the wrong pack size
Call the order desk with the order ID. Count the bottles first so the call is short.
The address on the order is wrong
Call immediately — before dispatch it is usually fixable, after dispatch it usually is not.
I want to return it after delivery
The procedure was supplied to us and is on the refund page. The window length was not, so read the listing's terms.
What a glass dropper bottle needs from a courier
Liquid supplements are shipped badly more often than most categories, and the reasons are mundane: they are small, they are cheap to post, and the seller rarely hears about it when a bottle arrives weeping into its box. Here is what a properly packed order looks like, so you can tell the difference.
An outer box with void fill
A 60 ml glass bottle in a padded envelope is a bottle relying on luck. Glass survives compression better than impact, and a sorting machine delivers impact. A box with air pillows or paper is the minimum standard.
An intact seal, of either kind
Dropper bottles are sealed either with a shrink band around the neck or a foil liner under the cap, and sometimes both. The label's instruction is not to use the product if it is damaged or missing, and on a liquid that instruction matters more than on a capsule.
No liquid inside the box
Any dampness in the packaging means either a crack or a loose cap. Both are reasons to call rather than to wipe it down and carry on.
A dropper with legible graduations
The most-skipped check and the one most specific to this format. A pipette without millilitre markings makes the label's own serving instruction unfollowable.
None of those four tells you anything about what is inside the liquid. They are handling checks, and handling is the part of the chain you can actually observe.
Heat, light and the problem nobody mentions
The label's storage line is short: “Store in a cool, dry place.” A parcel sitting in a delivery van in July, or on a doorstep in afternoon sun, is doing the opposite of both halves of it.
This matters more for a botanical liquid than for a capsule. The extracts are already in solution, which is the condition in which they degrade fastest, and the bottle is amber glass precisely because light is a problem. Nothing about a degraded tincture looks different from a fresh one, and there is no way to check it after the fact, which is why it is worth simply not leaving a parcel outside for a day.
- Bring the parcel in the same day if you can, especially in summer.
- If it has been sitting in direct heat, that is a reason to call the order desk rather than to shrug.
- Once indoors, store it away from the hob, the kettle and any window.
- A bathroom cabinet is the worst common storage spot in a house: warm, and humid twice a day.
- Do not decant it into a clear bottle or a pill organiser. The amber glass is doing a job.
The one that surprises people
The fridge is not the answer either. The label says cool and dry, not cold. Moving a bottle in and out of cold air condenses moisture inside it every time you open it, and a water-based glycerite does not need the help.
Tracking, in plain terms
Tracking statuses are written for carriers rather than for customers, so here is a translation of the ones that cause the most calls.

If a status has not changed in two working days, that is the point to call +1 (302) 200-3480. Before then you would only be asking them to read the same screen you are looking at.
Before you open the bottle
- The seal is intact, whether it is a neck band or a foil liner under the cap.
- The glass is sound and there is no dampness in the packaging.
- The lot number and best-before are legible, and you have photographed them.
- The dropper has millilitre graduations you can actually read.
- The panel matches our transcription, or you have sent us a photograph of where it does not.
After that the only thing left is storage, and the label's instruction is the whole of it: cool, dry, away from light. Then shake it, and read the dropper.
